Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We offer standard and express shipping options within Canada. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 CAD.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination and carrier.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees Donna Darling Jewellery is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or any other charges that may be applied by your country's customs authority. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
