Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Donna Darling Jewellery piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Free of perfume, lotions, or other substances
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized jewellery
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or final sale items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by email at thedonnadarling@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return, and we'll provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first receiving authorization.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges & Repairs We take great pride in the quality of every piece we create and do our best to ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition. However, if you notice an issue such as a scratch, loose stone, or other craftsmanship concern, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you and cover return shipping — no questions asked. You must contact us by email at thedonnadarling@gmail.com within 10 days of receipt to be eligible. For all other exchanges, please reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
